Upgrading
Upgrade Process
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm billing changes
- New features available immediately
Prorated Billing
When upgrading mid-cycle:
- Credit applied for unused days on current plan
- Prorated charge for new plan
- No service interruption
Downgrading
Before Downgrading
Review your usage to ensure it fits within the new plan's limits. Excess data may need to be archived.
Downgrade Process
- Review usage against new plan limits
- Archive or delete excess resources
- Navigate to billing settings
- Select lower plan
- Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
Cancellation
Cancellation Process
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
Data Retention
After cancellation:
- 30-day grace period to reactivate
- Data export available during grace period
- Data deleted after grace period
- Cannot be recovered after deletion
