Billing Cycle

Upgrading

Upgrade Process

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm billing changes
  5. New features available immediately

Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-cycle:

  • Credit applied for unused days on current plan
  • Prorated charge for new plan
  • No service interruption

Downgrading

Before Downgrading

Review your usage to ensure it fits within the new plan's limits. Excess data may need to be archived.

Downgrade Process

  1. Review usage against new plan limits
  2. Archive or delete excess resources
  3. Navigate to billing settings
  4. Select lower plan
  5. Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle

Cancellation

Cancellation Process

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Provide feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Access continues until end of billing period

Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • 30-day grace period to reactivate
  • Data export available during grace period
  • Data deleted after grace period
  • Cannot be recovered after deletion
